The Miami Marlins and the San Francisco Giants have agreed to settle Labor Department investigations into possible violations of U.S. wage standards by agreeing to give back wages to underpaid workers.

Officials with the department’s Wage and Hour Division confirmed that the Baltimore Orioles and the Oakland A’s have also come under scrutiny in the continuing investigation into the pay practices of Major League Baseball.
